Private or group yoga classes with Bee are held at a clients home, in a local studio or at a nearby park. Bee's classes are rooted in supportive physical alignment cues, nourishing breath techniques, dance-like postural flows and a sweet balance of playful joy and relaxing meditation. If you are a beginner and are wanting more one-on-one support or are interested in scheduling a group class with just you and your close friends, private classes are an amazing opportunity.
